For one month, we're encouraging you to cut out processed and refined foods and focus on a whole foods diet. This isn't the Whole30, Paleo, or other restrictive plans like it. We won't ask you to cut out beans/legumes, whole grains and fruits. Our challenge involves eliminating refined grains, added sugars, additives, preservatives, unhealthy fats and large amounts of salt by embracing whole foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins and healthy fats.
Over these 30 days you'll see the impact eating whole foods will have on your health, both mental and physical. On a whole foods diet, you'll feel a boost in energy, gain mental clarity, and shed those unwanted pounds .

Two follow-up sessions: 100 Euros (usually 120 Euros)
